The “Yuksalish” Movement was established with the aim of voluntarily uniting all citizens who are not indifferent to the development of Uzbekistan, compatriots living abroad, the business community, and representatives of the academic sphere to assist in reform implementation.

"Our main goal is a universal awareness of the public, including the residents of the most remote settlements, about the transformations, and motivating them to form a sense of ownership for the changes in the country and to get them engaged in the actions of the Movement. At the same time, we intend to create a platform for adoption and discussion of initiatives, proposals and existing problems, thereby increasing people's confidence in the state"
